Customer Integration Manager

Your New Role

The role is responsible for managing and developing the IT onboarding process for our customers whilst establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with market place providers and platforms. Working within the IT team the role reports to the Head of IT and Business Change.

Responsibilities

1. Point of contact for the sales team for all customer IT integrations

2. Managing the technical onboarding process for new clients – communicating time frames and setting the internal and external expectations

3. Managing the integration of Pro Carrier into E-com platforms (Shopify, Woo commerce, Magento etc), Omni Channel providers (Linnworks etc), Market places (Amazon, Ebay etc) carrier aggregators (Shipster, Scurri etc).

4. Directing and managing the Pro Carrier technical contact strategy

5. Maintaining the relationship between Pro Carrier and the market platforms

6. Responsible for expanding the range of market platforms that we are integrated with

7. Liaising with marketing to ensure we are communicating these capabilities clearly and efficiently

8. Playing an active role within the IT team contributing to the development and growth of the team and the business.

What you’ll need to succeed

To achieve all of that, you will be able to demonstrate and show evidence of

• Clear communication skills

• Activity reporting

• 2-5 years’ experience in the ecommerce industry

• Industry/ecommerce experience – carrier and marketplace interactions

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
